Description
Do you have pizza in your blood, want to work with real doughs, and have a taste sense that's better than many? Then maybe you are our new Pizzaiolo?
We run two businesses on idyllic Käringön.
In the harbor lies our little Vincafé, yes we call it that because it's a lovely combination of a wine bar, a pizzeria, and a regulars' café. It's located right on the dock in the best spot. Here we serve stone-oven baked "Neapolitan" pizzas, delicious small dishes, and robust espresso, but also a whole lot of good wines by the glass.
We are now looking for you who want to take care of baking the pizza, setting doughs, and tending the oven! We take pride in our pizza and work only with ingredients of the best quality. The doughs ferment for at least 24h and are baked short, on high heat. A real craft!
If you lack experience, but have an aptitude for cooking and want to learn the craft from scratch, you can go far with enthusiasm and the right attitude.
