Description

We are now seeking an engaged chef who wants to work practically with a focus on preparations and craftsmanship. You will support the work in the kitchen with particular emphasis on meat handling and traditional Central European flavors.

As a chef with us, you are an important part of the daily preparation work. Your main tasks include:

Meat handling: Assisting with cutting and tenderizing meat by hand according to traditional methods.

Handling ingredients with great precision and accuracy before cooking.

Has experience working practically in a kitchen, with a focus on Central European food.

Is meticulous and respects the quality of ingredients.

Is flexible and enjoys working in a team.

Language requirements

Since we communicate in multiple languages in our daily work, it is a requirement that you speak and understand:

Swedish

Russian

English

We place greater emphasis on your practical skills and attitude than on formal chef training. The most important thing is that you have the craftsmanship and master the languages.
