Tofthaga Preschool and School economic association operates preschool, school, and after-school care in the southern part of Vaggeryd municipality. The operations are politically and religiously independent. All activities are led by qualified and competent staff and conducted with great opportunity for staff influence. Here you work in a beautiful natural environment, with short decision-making paths, which allows for significant impact on the operations. The school kitchen serves approximately 150 lunch portions when all activities are running.

Selection of your future tasks:

• Main responsibility in the kitchen.
• Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
• Dishwashing.
• Cleaning in the kitchen.
• Ordering of food supplies.
• Following and updating our self-monitoring plan as needed.
• Developing a varied and nutritionally calculated menu.

Your competencies

• Education in the restaurant field and experience with independent work in large-scale catering, and a passion for cooking.
• Routine and knowledge in handling food according to the Swedish Food Agency's requirements.
• Flexible and solution-oriented, enjoys changes as preschool and school are always in motion. You are open and like working in a team.
• Knowledge of adhering to a set budget and placing orders.
• Handling and preparation of special diets.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, in speech and writing.
• Knowledge in self-monitoring.
