Torreby Castle, opening for the summer season in early April, is a historic building with exciting history. A place filled with life and energy where we want to offer our guests a genuine experience with flavors in a modern twist in a warm and lively atmosphere. Our goal is to create a place where food, service, and atmosphere go hand in hand.

About the role:

As a waiter/waitress at Torreby Castle, you are a key person in our guest experience. You will:

• Welcome and guide guests through our menu and beverage selection.

• Serve food and drinks with joy and professionalism.

• Contribute to a personal and memorable experience for each guest.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure the highest quality and service.

• Help create a lovely atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working in restaurants, preferably à la carte.

• Have a genuine interest in food, beverages, and service.

• Are positive, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.

• Are a team player who spreads energy and contributes to a lovely atmosphere.

• Speak Swedish and preferably English

If you also have experience working at a hotel, including with cleaning, cold kitchen, and reception, it is meritorious.
