CHEF FOR HOVÅS COLD BATH HOUSE

We are looking for a chef with wonderful drive and attention to detail who wants to help develop the restaurant at Hovås Cold Bath House. The focus is on ingredients from the sea!

Guests should be met with good food, a beautiful environment, and a warm welcome. We are in an expansive and exciting phase where we want you to be involved in our vision to put Hovås Cold Bath House on the map as the obvious destination in Gothenburg.

Qualifications and characteristics

• A burning interest in food, taste, and texture!
• Extensive experience with à la carte, lunch, and banquet cooking.
• You need to be SELF-MOTIVATED in the kitchen and be able to handle prep, hot and cold kitchen, and the pass.
• Structure, hygiene, and self-control are natural for you.
• Vocational training in the restaurant industry is warmly regarded.
• Of course, you are a good team player who wants to develop and share your own knowledge.

Job duties

You will be part of our chef team but are expected to be able to work independently. The work involves day and evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Possibility of permanent employment for the right person.

We offer the right person an exciting job in a company with high development potential. The position is part-time, but possibly full-time during periods. We have collective agreements with Unionen and HRF. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal characteristics.
