COLD BUFFET ATTENDANT FOR HOVÅS COLD BATHHOUSE

We are looking for a cold buffet attendant who can also work in the hot kitchen. The focus is on ingredients from the sea!

Qualifications and attributes

• A burning interest in food, taste, and texture!
• You can chop vegetables with speed and care, value presentations, ingredients, and flavors.
• You are naturally SELF-SUFFICIENT in the kitchen and able to handle prep, hot and cold kitchen, and service.
• Structure, hygiene, and self-control are obvious for you.
• Vocational training in the restaurant industry is warmly regarded.
• You are of course a good team player who wants to develop and share your own knowledge.

Work tasks

You will work with our kitchen team. The work involves day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

The position is a fixed-term employment until September with the possibility of extension. We have collective agreements with Unionen and HRF. Great importance will be placed on your personal attributes.
