As a night receptionist, your responsibility is to ensure that the above goals are met by guaranteeing delivery and experience for our guests in an administrative and operational role.

At our hotel, it is important that you love meeting guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. You take initiative, are flexible to changes, and have a good ability to see solutions. You can handle stressful situations while prioritizing the right things. Being able to work well in a team and being a considerate colleague is seen as a given. It is important that you are meticulous and leave no task unfinished. You are a cheerful and lively person with a strong sense of hospitality.

JOB DUTIES

• Meeting, welcoming, and being available for our guests

• Focusing on safety and security for our guests

• Arrival preparations, as well as check-in and check-out of guests

• Cash handling and night audit, as well as computer-based administrative tasks

• Night rounds

• Setting up and preparing conference rooms

• Serving in the bar (as needed)

• Keeping the lobby and reception in good condition (cleaning and collecting glasses, etc.)

ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience from hotel operations, alternatively experience from reception and night or administrative work.

• Car and driver's license

• You have previous experience in service work

• You are self-reliant and used to taking initiative

• You are meticulous, quick, and structured

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English

• You have good computer skills, e.g., in the Microsoft Office package.

• Knowledge of booking systems (Spectra) is advantageous

• Organized and structured – with the majority of working hours spent in independent work, it is crucial to be able to plan and perform tasks in an efficient and systematic way.

SCOPEPart-time employment, starting in March. Working hours are scheduled for nights, weekdays, weekends, and may also include work during holidays.
