Stiftsgården Södra Hoka is a conference & camp center just north of Karlshamn. The operations consist of companies, groups, and private individuals booking conferences, camps, accommodation, parties/celebrations/memorials, Christmas dinners, and more.

Our principal is Lund Diocese – Church of Sweden.

We are seeking an operations coordinator who enjoys making things happen – someone who thrives in the midst of activity and wants to help develop Södra Hoka together with us.

As an operations coordinator, you have a central role in our daily operations. You meet guests, keep parts of everyday life running smoothly, and contribute to developing the operations together with us.

The work is varied and can involve everything from welcoming guests and handling bookings and phone calls to coordinating practical preparations for conferences and events. You work closely with the operations manager and other staff to create a welcoming, professional, and seamless guest experience.

The role also includes contributing ideas and implementing improvements in the operations.

We are looking for you who are outgoing, solution-oriented, and thrive in a social role with many points of contact. You take responsibility, find it easy to switch between different tasks during a workday, and make things happen, a "doer" who thinks – I'll handle it!

You are positive, humble, and have an eye for both the big picture and details – while appreciating a workplace where people help each other and roll up their sleeves when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in service and guest interaction work
• Good administrative ability
• Experience working in digital systems
• Good communication skills in Swedish
