Description
Night Porter – 2 nights/week, mid-June to end of August
We are looking for you who are service-minded, responsible, and meticulous for the position as night porter with us.
About the Position
As a night porter, you work independently during the night with responsibility for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and is in top condition for the next day. The majority of the work consists of cleaning common areas and restocking items, such as beverage coolers and consumables. You are also responsible for simpler reception tasks like check-in and check-out, night processing of the booking system, and preparations for breakfast.
The work is done alone, which means you need to be self-sufficient, confident in making decisions, and able to handle various situations on your own – for example, in the event of an evacuation or other incident.
Working Hours and Scope
- 2 nights/week
- mid-June to end of September: Possibility for extended service in certain weeks
We are looking for you who
- Are orderly, loyal, and take responsibility
- Have good service sense and want to give guests a safe and positive experience
- Are meticulous and ensure tasks are completed
- Enjoy working independently at night
- Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
Previous experience from hotels, service, or night work is advantageous but not a requirement – we place great importance on personality and sense of responsibility.

We are members of Visita and follow their collective agreement with HRF as a basis.
