Since 1962, we have been a family-owned patisserie where craftsmanship, quality, and love for ingredients are at the center. In our stone oven bakery here in Mölndal, we bake bread with sourdough and tradition, and in the patisserie, we create classic favorites with a modern twist – every day, close to our guests.
