About us

Södra Larm is the heart of Hotel Flora, a vibrant boutique hotel located at Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg. With 71 unique hotel rooms, Flora Workspace, a lounge, and our bistro seating 80 dining guests, an inviting bar, and outdoor seating, we offer a place where guests can meet, enjoy, and be inspired. Our restaurant has been a natural part of Gothenburg's food scene since opening in autumn 2021.

About the role

We are expanding our kitchen team and are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef who wants to help create flavor experiences that guests will remember for a long time.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a chef and a burning interest in both food and people
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration with colleagues is central
• Have a strong sense of taste, details, and presentation—and love to exceed guests' expectations
• Are curious and enjoy trying new ideas and techniques, while respecting the classics
• Enjoy a fast pace and have the ability to step in where needed—we are a tight team where everyone helps each other
