About us

Södra Larm is the heart of Hotel Flora, a lively boutique hotel located at Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg. With 71 unique hotel rooms, Flora Workspace, a lounge, and our bistro with seating for 80 diners, an inviting bar, and outdoor seating, we offer a place where guests can meet, enjoy, and be inspired. Our restaurant has been a natural part of Gothenburg's food scene since its opening in the fall of 2021.

About the role

We are expanding our kitchen team and are now seeking a dedicated chef who wants to help create flavor experiences that guests will remember for a long time.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a chef and a burning interest in both food and people
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where collaboration with colleagues is central
• Has a strong sense for taste, details, and presentation - and loves to exceed guests' expectations
• Is curious and enjoys testing new ideas and techniques, while respecting the classics
• Enjoys a fast pace and has the ability to step in where needed - we are a tight team where everyone helps each other
