About Jord

Jord is a plant-based meeting place in Malmö where sustainability, care, and community are at the center. We serve food we love ourselves, and build a place where both guests and employees feel at home. We are now looking for a shift leader who wants to help lead the daily work together with the team – with security, joy, and good structure.

About the role

As a shift leader, you are a key person in the daily flow. You work operationally in the kitchen and service, but also have an extra eye on the whole: ensuring the team functions, guests are satisfied, and there is order in both pace and atmosphere. You lead with energy and are not afraid to take charge of things.

You will among other things:

• Lead the staff during your shift and assign tasks

• Ensure service, pace, and quality in the kitchen and service

• Follow up that routines are followed and help where needed

• Introduce new staff and support colleagues in daily work

• Be a support to the site manager and participate in daily planning

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from a café or restaurant, preferably in a leadership role

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team

• Are responsible, clear, and like to create a good atmosphere

• Have service in your blood and an eye for details

• Are flexible with working hours and comfortable working weekends

• Share our values about sustainability and care
