About the Position

As the responsible person, you lead the daily operations and ensure that guests receive a first-class experience. You have personnel responsibility, financial responsibility, and actively work on developing the business.

Summer temporary position with possibility of extension intended for Period 1/6 - 29/8 2026

Work Tasks

• Lead and distribute the daily work
• Recruitment and scheduling of staff
• Budget responsibility and cost control
• Purchasing and supplier contacts
• Ensure quality and food hygiene according to guidelines from the Swedish Food Agency
• Develop menus and offers
• Work with sales targets and profitability

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from the café or restaurant industry
• Have previous leadership experience
• Are structured and responsible
• Have good financial understanding
• Are service-oriented and solution-focused

Operations & Quality

• Ensure high service and quality levels
• Responsibility for food hygiene according to guidelines from the Swedish Food Agency
• Development of menus and offers
• Planning of campaigns and marketing activities
