Description

We are seeking chefs with several years of experience in cooking. You will be part of the kitchen team at the Bistro.

Your duties include preparing, cooking, and serving food, sometimes at a high pace, to our guests in the Bistro. The menu features a variety of items including seafood platters, 1/2 lobster, smoked and fresh shrimp, fish soup, hot-smoked salmon, fried herring with mash and poke bowls, among others.

Also included are the usual tasks associated with a chef's role, such as cleaning, dishwashing, staff meals, etc.

The working hours for this position include daytime and evening shifts as well as weekend work.

Buhres in Kivik is located at the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, a smokehouse, and a restaurant with various dining areas.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of the Lagnell Group, which operates Laxbutikerna on the West Coast.

Scope of the position: 75-100%

Duration of the position: 1-3 months.

Start date: As agreed.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Overtime and holiday pay are added on top of the hourly wage.
