Do you love creating beautiful and delicious cold dishes in an environment characterized by both tradition and energy? Villa Belparc, located by the large pond in the heart of beautiful Slottsskogen, is now seeking a passionate and efficient cold kitchen chef for our team.

About the Position

As a cold kitchen chef with us, you have an eye for detail and a passion for ingredients. You are responsible for preparing and presenting everything from our popular shrimp sandwiches and hearty salads to elegant appetizers and breakfast buffets. We have a wide range extending from classic café menus to large banquet dinners and Christmas buffets.

Your duties include:

• Preparation and presentation of cold dishes (sandwiches, salads, desserts).
• Preparations for lunches, catering, and events.
• Self-inspection and maintenance of the highest hygiene standards.
• Collaboration with chefs and pastry chefs to deliver a complete experience.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, especially during the summer season when our large outdoor seating area flourishes. You are organized, stress-resistant, and take pride in ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen maintains high quality.

Qualifications:

• Education in restaurant/kitchen or equivalent experience in cold kitchen work.
• Speed and efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with larger events or banquets is advantageous.
