HEAD WAITER FOR HOVÅS COLD BATH HOUSE

One of the best things is to enter a restaurant and be greeted by a warm and genuine smile. A head waiter who makes the guest feel welcome and then ensures that feeling remains throughout the entire restaurant experience. If you are such a person, we are looking for you!

We are seeking a head waiter with wonderful drive, attention to detail, and who enjoys selling.

Additionally, we love creative ideas that you can take responsibility for and want to drive forward!

We are in an expansive and exciting phase where we want you to be part of our vision to put Hovås Cold Bath House on the map as the obvious destination in Gothenburg.

Qualifications and characteristics

• A burning interest in food, drink, and guest service.
• You are a good leader with extensive experience in à la carte service as well as good familiarity with table service and dining room work.
• Previous similar work and vocational training in the restaurant industry are highly regarded.
• Experience working with Caspeco and back-office with Trivec is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team in a full à la carte restaurant on a hot summer day, as well as handle a wedding arrangement with high class from setup to closing, but also be able to manage a lunch alone on a rainy day in November.

Work tasks

• Lead and delegate work for your team
• Scheduling
• Planning the daily operations
• Training new staff
• Carrying out events and bookings together with operations manager/management/head waiter
• Administrative tasks as needed in the form of handling larger bookings, writing memos, etc.
