Who are we?

Gillestugan Jerntorget is Gothenburg's new-old meeting place where nostalgic warmth meets contemporary curiosity. Here, you will encounter both familiar faces and tomorrow's friends. We aim to fill the void that arose when one of the city's oldest restaurants, Gillestugan, closed its doors in 2006. With the same timeless charm preserved and our gaze directed forward, we want to, together with our guests, bring life, joy, and entertainment back to Järntorget for everyone.

We are looking for you who are stress-resistant, positive, creative, and who gives that little extra to every guest and table. You have a few years of experience in the profession and master multitasking as well as leading and collaborating with your colleagues. You can handle orders and payments at a fast pace and have good language skills in both Swedish and English.

The position involves full-time and part-time with immediate start.
