Kitchen Assistant Part-Time Position Available!

El Birria is growing, and we are looking for driven and energetic kitchen assistants who want to develop with us!

We are a family business that values quality, collaboration, and maintaining a high pace in the kitchen. Our goal is always to serve food of the highest class and give guests a great experience.

Shifts and Working Hours:

- Morning shift: from 09:00 to 17:00

- Evening shift: from 17:00 until closing

- Part-time position with good opportunities for more shifts and, in the long term, full-time employment

Your Tasks:

- Preparing ingredients and cooking food according to our recipes and quality standards.

- Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic in accordance with HACCP and food safety laws.

- Following routines for food safety and temperature controls.

- Assisting with inventory management and notifying when something needs to be restocked.

- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen routines, especially during peak hours.

- Operating machines and equipment, as well as waste management according to our environmental routines.

We Are Looking for You Who:

- Are flexible and quick to learn, and quickly adapt to routines and new tasks.

- Can handle a high pace and physical demands.

- Are meticulous, punctual, and hygiene-conscious.

- Have at least 6 months of experience from a kitchen or similar environment.

- Speak Swedish.

- Are a team player who wants to develop and take responsibility.
