Night Receptionist Summer Substitute Position

The chain has 4 apartment hotels with a total of 651 hotel apartments and six conference rooms. The reception is the hotel's hub, so you will be at the center of events. We don't always know what challenges we will face during the day, but we know that all colleagues come together to solve them as a team.

Your tasks include the following:

· Be generally helpful before and during the guest's stay, as a hotel can always have small or large needs where you as a night receptionist always focus on service to the hotel guests.

· Receive guests upon arrival and departure

· Staff the hotel's telephone exchange and handle the hotel's email inbox

· Develop, implement, and follow routines and policies according to manuals

· Participate in various development projects

· Work according to jointly set booking goals and pricing

You should love meeting guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. You are independent and take initiative. You also need to be flexible to changes and have good problem-solving skills. You can handle stressful situations while making correct assessments and priorities. Being able to work well in a team and be a considerate colleague is something we see as a given, but also to manage working independently during your nights.

Experiences you bring and share with us

· You are a qualified receptionist or have experience from similar jobs in the service industry.

· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

· Good system familiarity (knowledge of HotSoft is a merit)

Information about the position:

The position is primarily for a period in the summer. Additional shifts may be available both before and after the summer. Day shifts may also occur that you can apply to take during the summer.

We offer a part-time substitute position at 87.5%. In this role, you work 7 nights and are off for 7. The employment's duration is from June 1 to August 31. Background checks may apply.
