Night Receptionist (83%) – Lord Nelson Hotel, Old Town

Collector’s Hotels AB is a family-owned hotel chain in the heart of Old Town, consisting of Lord Nelson Hotel, Lady Hamilton Hotel, and Victory Hotel & Conference. The Bengtsson family also operates the well-renowned restaurants Djuret, Tweed, and Burgundy.

We are now seeking a night receptionist on a part-time basis (approximately 83%) for Lord Nelson Hotel with immediate start.

About the position

As a night receptionist, you work independently at the reception and have overall responsibility during the night. Your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Bookings and switchboard
• Cash handling
• General guest service
• Responsibility for hotel security
• Night operations and related routines

The position involves work according to a schedule of 7 days of work followed by 7 days off, with working hours 10:15 PM–7:15 AM.

We work with the booking system Techotel Picasso.

• Have a strong sense of service and a professional approach
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently (additional languages are meritorious)
• Have experience with night work (meritorious)
