We are looking for a chef for Kläpphagen for the summer season 2026, but there is also the opportunity to work during the pre- and post-season.

Located on beautiful South Koster, Kläpphagen is a 30-minute boat ride from Strömstad and a stone's throw from the sea, featuring a beautiful and historic farm. Kläpphagen has a restaurant, brewery, and exclusive accommodation. We have a large outdoor seating area with boule courts, a farm shop, and a unique restaurant where everything is cooked over an open fire. The farm is located near Kosterfjorden in an exciting natural area. Sole winner of the Liv Design Awards for interior design in 2024.
Our concept is to cook well-prepared food over an open fire and offer a "wow" experience like no other.
The four seasons are very apparent on our farm, from cooking, cultivation, beer brewing, and recreation. Summer is, of course, our peak, but the other months of the year also offer opportunities for conferences, weddings, Christmas buffets, and other events.
