Sous Chef Oscars Bar & Brasserie

Oscars bar & brasserie is a newly opened restaurant near Karlaplan in Östermalm. The restaurant and bar area have a total of approximately 60 seats and serve classic European cuisine with a focus on France. As the business grows, we are now seeking a sous chef with documented experience for work in operations, mostly during evening hours. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday.

Job responsibilities:

- Ensure top-level quality and service

- Be responsible for following procedures and have the ultimate responsibility when the head chef is not on site

- Orders, assist the head chef in menu writing

We are looking for you who:

- Have worked for a few years as a sous chef - Have a good understanding of taste, quality, and presentation.
