We at Grandma's Bistro in Stora Rör on Öland are now seeking service staff for the summer season 2026, both for seasonal work and as needed.

About the Position

As service staff with us, you are a central part of the guest experience and the restaurant's public face. You work in a lively environment where pace, quality, and service are the focus. Your duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that every visit becomes memorable.

You will become part of a close-knit team where collaboration, communication, and job satisfaction are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine interest in service and people
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress well
• Are meticulous and attentive to details
• Are flexible, solution-oriented, and a team player
• Have a positive attitude and contribute with good energy

Meritorious:

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants or service
• Experience with à la carte service
• Interest or knowledge in food and drinks
