Hörnet is opening soon – and we are looking for someone who wants to make the kitchen the heart of the restaurant.

Hörnet is a neighborhood restaurant with around 50 seats where we want to cook really good food, serve great drinks, and have a wine list we ourselves enjoy – without complications.

Now we are looking for you to take care of the kitchen and help lay the foundation.

This is a chance to be part of it from the beginning. To build a kitchen that works in everyday life, set a menu that people want to come back to, and create a workplace where both pace and job satisfaction have a place.

About the role

You will:

  • Put your stamp on the menu
  • Be involved in daily operations
  • Ensure quality, routines, and flow are in place
  • Help build the team and kitchen from the start

Opening hours

During the summer, we are open Tuesday–Saturday evenings.

In the fall, we also want to open for lunch, which offers the possibility of more varied working hours.

  • Have experience from kitchens and are confident in what you do
  • Enjoy both structure and pace
  • Take responsibility without making it complicated
  • Care about food, ingredients, and the guest experience
  • Want to help build a restaurant that feels alive over time
