Kitchen and Restaurant Staff for Jaroslavs Smokehouse in Hofors

We are now seeking a staff member for our team at Jaroslavs Smokehouse in Hofors. With us, small-scale food production is combined with restaurant operations, and we are looking for someone who wants to work broadly with both kitchen and service.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• Assisting with food preparation and cooking
• Assisting with production of meat products (e.g., sausage and smoked meat)
• Service and work in the restaurant
• Dishwashing and general kitchen assistance

Work Environment:

The work takes place in a small-scale food business with both production and service. The employee works in a kitchen where meat is handled as well as in the restaurant section with customer contact.

The work is practical and varied, with both independent tasks and teamwork. The pace can be high during certain periods, especially during lunch and dinner hours.

The work involves standing work. Precision, hygiene, and responsibility are important.

Qualifications:

• The applicant should be responsible, precise, and able to work in a team
• The applicant should be flexible and willing to work at a high pace
• The applicant should have knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
• The applicant should have knowledge of Ukrainian and Slavic cooking

Experience is not a requirement, but experience in restaurant, service, cleaning, or work with meat is advantageous.

We provide training on-site and are looking for a person who wants to develop together with us.
