About Us

Gröna Stugan is one of Kalmar's most appreciated restaurants—a green oasis where tradition meets innovation and where we cook with care and quality. We work seasonally, focusing on sustainable ingredients, genuine flavor enjoyment, and a menu that both our guests and we ourselves enjoy preparing.

Now we are looking for a reliable and engaged sous chef or cook who wants to help run the kitchen together with our head chef and the rest of the team.

We believe that you:

• Have a few years of experience in restaurant kitchens—perhaps you have worked as a cook or sous chef before

• Enjoy taking responsibility, but thrive best in a team where everyone helps each other

• Have a good eye for flavors and like working with fine ingredients

• Thrive in a kitchen where the pace can be high but the atmosphere is relaxed

• Want to be involved in developing the menu together with colleagues

• Are knowledgeable about routines and hygiene—or are curious to learn more
