Do you want to work as a psychiatrist at Psykea – private psychiatry – in an interdisciplinary team where you contribute to building up the operations in Stockholm?

Psykea is seeking a specialist physician in psychiatry with particular expertise in neuropsychiatric conditions.

The work is characterized by assessments, diagnostics, and treatments in collaboration with other psychiatrists and psychologists based on evidence-based psychiatry. We value professional integrity, knowledge, and provide room for independent clinical judgment in patient work.

About the role

As a specialist physician in psychiatry at Psykea, you work with psychiatric assessments, diagnostics, and treatment of patients from 16 years and older.

A central part of the assignment is assessment and diagnosis of ADHD, autism, comorbidity, differential diagnosis, and medication treatment of ADHD and other psychiatric conditions. The work also involves issuing certificates.

Experience in working with common psychiatric diagnoses such as depression, stress, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as experience in operational development, is meritorious. The role involves assignments on-site in Stockholm, digitally, and occasional travel as needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed specialist physician in psychiatry
• Are knowledge-driven and engaged
• Can work independently and in a team
• Have good digital competence
• Master Swedish and English well in speech and writing
• Are updated on recent research about ADHD and autism in girls and women.

Scope and work approach

• The scope is from 20 to 50 percent with the possibility of extension.
• The position involves primarily work on-site in Stockholm and digitally, but sometimes also at other locations.
