We at Allegio Home Care are looking for you who are a care assistant or assistant nurse and want to work within our home care unit Blidö & Rådmansö

As an assistant nurse/care assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to our customers having a safe and meaningful life in their home in their later years. We always start from the customer's wishes and own abilities and focus on what is healthy. As an assistant nurse/care assistant, you are responsible for performing dignified and good care and nursing based on the elderly individual's needs.

Common tasks may include assisting with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, preparing light meals, as well as cleaning and laundry.

We are looking for you with a genuine interest in the elderly person where your main tasks are to design a safe and secure personal care and support.

You support the elderly in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful day. As an assistant nurse/care assistant, you are responsible for providing customers with good care and support of high quality in accordance with what has been agreed with the user in the implementation plan.

We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference and that you enjoy working with people and have a good sense of service. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient.

It is meritorious if you are an assistant nurse but not a requirement

It is strongly meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care

There is a requirement for good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You have good computer skills and system knowledge.

Qualifications

The Health and Social Care program or equivalent as well as work experience in elderly care is a merit.

Knowledge of the national value base for elderly care.

Good computer skills & good knowledge in documentation.

You have a B driver's license

You are Flexible and responsible, humble, without prestige, and attentive.

Have good collaboration skills. You have a humanistic view of people and are easy to build trust with. And a desire to make a difference for other people.

Scope: Probationary employment/permanent

Salary: Individual salary setting.

Start date: According to agreement.
