Summer Job at Our Child and Youth Residential Care LSS 9:8 in Eksjö

We are seeking committed and confident summer substitutes for our existing child and youth residential care according to LSS 9:8 in Eksjö.

Job Duties

As a summer substitute,

your job duties are based on the individual needs of the youth for care and

support. The work includes, among other things:

· guidance in daily life through clear structure, routines, and pedagogy

· support in activities and social contexts

· crisis processing and supportive conversations

· documentation and record-keeping in the facility's system

· daily residential tasks

· collaboration with school, social services, BUP, and other involved actors

The work always

focuses on the best interests of the youth and from a holistic perspective.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want

to work with children and youth with functional variations. Experience in work with

mental illness and/or LSS 9:8 is advantageous, but not a requirement.

You are, for example,

educated as:

· assistant nurse

· social worker

· treatment educator

· social educator

· in healthcare, school, and care or similar

As a person, you are confident

in your adult role, can make your own decisions, and enjoy collaboration. You are flexible,

solution-focused, and easily adapt to new working methods. Good

knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and some computer proficiency are advantageous.

The working hours are

varied and include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Night shifts are usually
