Occupational Therapist for Aktivera Rehab Danderyd

Aktivera Rehab in Danderyd is now seeking a licensed occupational therapist for a permanent position.

We provide primary care rehabilitation under the Region. We are more than 40 employees: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dietitians, and receptionists who collaborate to ensure the patient receives the absolute best care. Therefore, it is important that you can work with other colleagues across all professional groups, as we largely work multimodally around the patient and see this as a strength in our operations and in your work.

You will primarily be responsible for home rehabilitation, but also assistive device trials, groups, and with competence work ability assessments and lymph therapy at the clinic.

Your duties include: ADL assessments, assistive device assessment, prescription and trialing in the patient's home, and information on selection and Region rules. Visits to Sodexo, memory assessments, and cognitive aids. Advice and support on self-care.

You will work together with a physiotherapist and dietitian, going on both team visits and individual visits. You work and structure your day together. The duties are varied, which requires you to be organized, flexible, and independent, and able to have an overview of the patient's situation and prioritize your interventions accordingly. We have continuous collaboration with external care providers in our surroundings.
