As a summer substitute in home care, you work based on the customer's individual needs, assistance decisions, and implementation plans.

You assist our customers in their daily lives and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

Work tasks may include personal care, assistance with meals, service tasks in the home, social support, and documentation. Delegated health and medical care tasks occur after training and introduction.

The work is varied and requires responsibility, flexibility, and good treatment. You work both independently and together with colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• have education in care and nursing or other relevant experience

• can express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing

• are comfortable with documentation and using various systems in the work

• are responsible, attentive, and can work both independently and in a team

• can ride a bicycle

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience of work in home care, elderly care, or similar operations

• assistant nurse education

• B driver's license

• ongoing studies in a care and nursing program

• previous experience from a care profession

About the Recruitment Process

In the event of a possible employment, you must present valid photo identification. For work in the home with the elderly, you must also present extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register. The extracts must be presented upon request by the employer. You must also be able to verify your right to work in Sweden with valid documents.

About the Employment

Temporary employment with the possibility of extension.

Scope: part-time or full-time according to agreement.

Working hours: day, evening, and weekend.

Start date: according to agreement.

Location: Västerås.
