Assistant Nurse/Care Assistant Summer Substitute

Job Duties

We are happy that we have found several summer substitutes, but we are still missing one person who wants to join our work team this summer. We are looking for you who can work from June 8 to August 11, 2026.

The position is for day staff. Day shifts start at 07:00, and evening shifts end at 21:00 every day of the week. All care staff work both days and evenings, as well as weekdays and weekends.

Sjöberga Gård is a specialized residence in Hässelby focusing primarily on dementia diagnoses such as frontotemporal dementia, Korsakoff's disease, and Lewy Body dementia. At Sjöberga Gård, we have twelve apartments on two floors. On each floor, we have a shared dining room and a living room, as well as a kitchen. All meals are prepared in-house. We have an outdoor area at ground level and a balcony on the second floor.

We also have dogs that are on duty sometimes when their owner works. We are a smoke-free workplace.

As care staff, your most important task is to ensure that each person's need for care and nursing is met. With us, you work with the daily nursing care of our residents, such as personal hygiene, meals, and activities. Above all, you are important in our residents' daily social lives. As care staff, you make life work for others who need help.

As a person, we see that you are responsible and have a good ability to collaborate with others. Requirements for the position include very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and that you have good communication skills. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in the care profession or are currently studying in healthcare/care.
