About the Role - Assistant Nurse in Home Care.

As an employee with us, you work both independently and in a team - always close to the care recipient in their home. Your tasks include

• Participating in care and nursing, in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
• Documenting according to current routines
• Contributing to the group's shared responsibilities, quality/team meetings, and workplace gatherings

We work solution-focused - seeing opportunities, not obstacles - and together create a work environment where we have fun, develop, and support each other.

Is This You?

• You have passed Swedish 1/A (or Swedish as a second language)
• You have a B driver's license - a requirement for the position
• You are confident in both documentation and the Swedish language - both spoken and written
• You are engaged, responsible, and have a warm approach
