Today at Allegio Care we have over 1,500 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore we have a high educational level among our employees with special focus on dementia and palliative care. We constantly work with development in our operations and work quality-assuring with, among other things, self-checks.

We offer care and services to our clients through municipal decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the client's needs, we ensure to together design a secure service, adapted based on needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our clients, in the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operation – we can always become better.

• A driver's license is required.
• We prefer that you have some previous experience working in home care or elderly care.
• Important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
