Description of Harvik care

Harvik care is a HVB for people with mental illness with comorbidity in the form of addiction and/or somatic illness. We accept both men and women over 18 years of age who are in need of interventions according to the Social Services Act. Our goal is to provide our residents with a meaningful everyday life in a safe environment.

Description of the position.

The position involves overall participation regarding the patients' care and daily living. More concretely, this manifests in the form of typical nursing assistant tasks. We constantly strive to put the residents' needs at the center and provide them with good care, maintain good medication compliance, and promote a good life situation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who enjoy working with people and have a respectful and caring approach. You are secure and responsible as a person. Furthermore, it is important that you have a good ability to assess, act, and find solutions to arising problems and be able to prioritize as the work varies in difficulty regarding situations, people, and pace. We want you to be flexible and able to work both independently and in a group.

The positions involve either day and evening work or night duty on both weekdays and weekends, according to schedule, part-time.

One person is also needed 100% daytime for four weeks in the kitchen, which can be part of the substitute position or as a separate substitute position.

You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing. Nursing assistant education is meritorious.

Salary

Hourly wage according to agreement, collective agreement exists.
