We provide care and services to our customers through social services decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to design a secure service together, tailored according to requirements and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way; we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 1500 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, meaning 'chosen personnel' – it is based on this motto that we work: we know we offer the best service when we also have the best and most engaged staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with the individual, respecting our customers, and providing the absolute best service is very important.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

We are looking for staff for various employment rates and with or without a driver's license during the period June-August. There is an opportunity to start working on an hourly basis right away.

We are a large operation divided into 3 units. 2 where we cycle and 1 where we drive a car.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, start date as agreed.
