Physiotherapist Summer Assignment

We are now seeking a licensed physiotherapist for a summer assignment at a municipal facility in northern Sweden during the period weeks 24–32 (June 8 – August 9, 2026).

The assignment is within municipal health and medical care where you work closely with both colleagues and patients in a facility characterized by collaboration, engagement, and a person-centered approach.

About the assignment

You will work within a health and medical care unit responsible for rehabilitation and health promotion work in areas such as:

• care and nursing homes
• home health care
• facilities within functional support

The work involves both independent tasks and teamwork alongside other licensed professionals such as nurses and occupational therapists, as well as care staff.

Job duties

In the role of physiotherapist, you will among other things:

• conduct assessments and plan individual rehabilitation interventions
• work with rehabilitation and habilitation
• supervise care staff and relatives
• engage in preventive and health-promoting work
• document and follow up interventions according to established procedures
• collaborate with internal and external actors

Working hours

Monday–Friday from 07:00–15:00

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed physiotherapist
• have good ability to work both independently and in a team
• are responsible and flexible
• have good communication skills

Experience from municipal health and medical care, rehabilitation, or home health care is advantageous.
