MultiClinic Health Center is located in southern Malmö with approximately 7000 registered patients. We are a private health center operating under commission from Region Skåne. Lindängen is a small area with a diverse population, though with a slightly higher proportion of families.

We are employees with multifaceted competencies. Currently, we have 4 general medicine specialist doctors, 1 psychiatry specialist doctor, 1 licensed doctor, 1 gynecologist, 2 physiotherapists, a dietitian, a counselor, a rehabilitation coordinator, 5 nurses, an occupational therapist, as well as nursing assistants and receptionists.

We continuously work to offer our patients good accessibility and security. Many employees speak languages other than Swedish and English, which is an advantage because many in our patient group do not speak Swedish.

JOB DUTIES

With us, you work with classic tasks for a nurse at a health center such as telephone counseling, booking, triage, and sample collection. Depending on personal interest and the needs of the operation, there is also the opportunity to conduct some independent consultations. Our operation offers good development opportunities with skills development for all staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. We prefer that you have experience working at a health center. Language proficiency in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is also a requirement. This may also mean a passing grade in Swedish 3 or a passing grade in Swedish as a second language 3, or a passing result in a course in Swedish for non-Nordic students equivalent to 60 credits. Preferably you have experience working with electronic medical records and preferably knowledge of PMO. You who apply have good collaboration skills and enjoy working interprofessionally with other professional categories. Additionally, you have the ability to work independently and are confident in your professional role, can build trust with patients and relatives, and are positive, listening, and clear in your communication. We value that you actively contribute to the development of the operation based on existing needs. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities.
