Based on the customer's needs, we work together to design a secure service, tailored to their requirements and wishes. We actively work with key contact roles and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way; we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 900 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin Legio, meaning "chosen personnel" – it is based on this motto that we work: we know we offer the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual, respects our customers, and provides absolutely the best service, which is very important.

Previous experience working in home care is beneficial but not a requirement.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
