Picker/Warehouse Worker E-commerce

As the pressure in our E-commerce is rapidly increasing, we are now seeking a picker/warehouse worker.

In this position, you are primarily responsible for picking orders, managing the warehouse, and receiving deliveries.

The role involves:

1) Order picking. Your main responsibility is to ensure that our orders are picked and packed in a shipping-safe and professional manner and sent out as quickly as possible in turn, to provide our customers with the fastest possible delivery time.

2) Warehouse management. You ensure that the warehouse is tidy and in order, that everything is in its place. Continuous inventory of goods. You move and repack goods in pallet racks and shelves as needed to optimize space, picking efficiency, and accessibility.

3) Goods reception. You receive, count off, and log incoming goods in the warehouse system. You place incoming goods in their locations in the pallet/picking warehouse.

Your profile

1) Education: Forklift license B is highly meritorious as forklift driving is part of the job. No specific education is otherwise required, but education that includes warehouse management, logistics, sales techniques, or E-commerce is meritorious.

2) Knowledge: No specific knowledge is required, but basic knowledge of car audio is meritorious as it makes it easier to identify the products we sell and understand how they are divided in the warehouse.

3) Experience: We prefer that you have previous work experience in warehouse management/order picking or other similar work. Extra meritorious is previous work in E-commerce with a focus on order management/picking. Experience in car audio, both work-related and private, is also meritorious.

4) Personality: We are looking for you who are social, solution-oriented, meticulous, and work well in a small group. We are a tight team with relatively few employees, so it's important that we click with each other. You have a solid drive and a strong desire to work. You like to work independently with your own responsibility for your areas and set your own schedule. You give and take constructive criticism and work to improve and streamline the company and your work. You should have good physical fitness and endurance as the work involves a lot of heavy lifting and is overall a physical job.

About the Company

Audio 55 AB is a company that started in 2017 by Rasmus Nilsson. Rasmus previously worked at large audio and video stores, both in car audio and home audio, and had about 8 years of experience in the industry before starting his own company.

Our operations are currently divided approximately 20/80 between store sales/online sales.
