Driver for Tipper and Machinery Trailer CE

Skottorps Åkeri AB is a transport company located in Hisings Kärra in northern Gothenburg. We have seven tipper trucks, one tractor unit, two excavators, and one wheel loader. Our main business is asphalt transport, but we also perform excavation, gravel, and recycling transport. With us, everyone works as a team, and we place great importance on personal qualities – the right person is as important as the right skills.

What you will do

• Drive a tractor unit with a tipper trailer for asphalt and excavation
• When needed, drive a machinery jumbo with ramps and move excavators and other construction machinery
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner
• Some assignments may occur in other locations with overnight stays in the truck

Requirements for the position

• Driver's license with CE qualification
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Digital tachograph card
• Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience driving with a trailer
• At least 6 months of experience driving a heavy truck
• Good references from previous employers
• Interest in heavy vehicles and a professional approach to work

Advantageous

• Driving with a tipper trailer
• Experience in asphalt transport
• Driving construction machinery and lifts
• Certificate from the Work on the Road course

The experience requirement may be waived for applicants who have completed a three-year Swedish upper secondary education in the Vehicle and Transport program with good grades and references.

Our vehicles – order and tidiness

We care for our vehicles and a good working environment for all. Therefore, the following applies in all vehicles:

• Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles
• No shoes in the cabin (they stay on the step)
• Pets are normally not allowed in the vehicles due to allergy reasons
