Conversation Leader for 2Secure Gothenburg

About the role

In the role of conversation leader, you will plan, conduct, and document security vetting interviews according to given frameworks. You will work independently or together with a colleague, depending on the scope of the assignment. The work involves taking careful notes, analyzing information, compiling written assessments, and working closely with our customers in both the public and private sectors.

The position is full-time and permanent and suits you who want to work in a qualified and long-term manner with security vetting and people's suitability in security-critical roles.

You will be part of our growing team within security vetting with placement at the office in Gothenburg. Travel within the region may occur.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience with complex conversations and are comfortable building trust in meetings where both analytical ability and integrity are crucial. You have a professional demeanor, good judgment, and a very high sense for handling sensitive information.

To succeed in the role, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Documented adequate education and/or good experience in conducting security vetting interviews

• At least three years of experience with security vetting interviews or other qualified conversations of a similar nature

• Master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing

• Good knowledge of security protection

• Deep knowledge of actor-driven threats from foreign powers, terrorism, and organized crime

• Ability to work in a structured, neutral, and professional manner even in complex or sensitive situations.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from personnel security, background checks, or investigative work

• Previous service at relevant authorities within security, law enforcement, or defense

• Academic education in, for example, criminology, psychology, political science, law, or equivalent
