Building Designer

Tecnicon Building Consultants is looking for an engaged building designer who wants to work with design in building construction.

Your main tasks include, among other things, investigations, dimensioning, and design of contract documents. You will work both independently and in project groups within our engineering department.

Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik, and we prefer that you live in the city. Here, you will collaborate with other engineering consultants in both internal and external consultant groups to deliver services to a wide variety of customers.

Your Formal Competence

• We are looking for you who are a building engineer, higher education engineer, civil engineer, or have other equivalent competence in building construction.
• You have several years of work experience in the construction sector or have recently graduated from an education in the field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a requirement.
• Knowledge of English in speech and writing is advantageous.
• Experience with CAD programs, primarily Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as calculation programs, preferably from Strusoft, is advantageous.
• Experience as a contractor or work with construction issues within a municipality can also be advantageous, but not a requirement.
