Construction Manager

As a construction manager at Tecnicon, you will work with construction management, project management, economic and technical control in projects, Bas-P, control responsibility, inspections, and assist in the area of architecture and building construction with, for example, investigations and descriptions. You work independently or in a project group at our office in Örnsköldsvik. You will collaborate with other technical consultants in consulting groups internally or externally for many different types of clients.

Your Formal Competence

We are looking for you who are an established building engineer, university engineer, civil engineer, or have other proven competence such as site manager or supervisor. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills are required; certification as control responsible and training Bas P/U is meritorious. We prefer that you have worked as a consultant, contractor, or in the public sector with construction issues or property management.

To succeed as a construction manager with us, you need to be a creative and orderly problem-solver with drive and interest in technology. You are not afraid to meet new people in new assignments, and we assume that you are meticulous, ambitious, service-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant. It is important that you have an eye for the big picture, are attentive to the client's wishes, and can convey viewpoints and suggestions in a pedagogical way. You should also be able to lead meetings both internally and externally.
