Property maintenance

We are looking for a versatile and experienced colleague for a varied role within property maintenance. The main tasks include maintenance of roofs and facades, as well as minor renovation work, repairs, and inspections. Specialized knowledge in wood, painting, and/or sheet metal is advantageous. We primarily operate in the Gothenburg/Kungsbacka region. The company has been in business for over 40 years and has a collective agreement.
