Sales-Oriented Designer

About the Job

You will accompany our construction expert and architect on the first customer meeting, where together you will go through the customer's needs and visions. Often, this involves new construction or extensions. Based on the customer's wishes, we then develop a tailored solution and provide an initial quote for the design work. We follow the customer through the entire process – from the first idea and vision to completed production with our own craftsmen.

We are looking for you who want to work with sales and technical design solutions in various construction projects. With us, you will be involved in the entire process, from the first idea and technical design to completed documentation for production.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain customer contact from the quoting stage to the finished end product
• Develop design drawings, construction documents, and technical documentation for production
• Participate in technical coordination and project development
• Ensure that design solutions meet requirements for function, quality, and buildability
• Provide technical support to project management and production throughout the construction process

Qualifications

• Relevant education in construction, building technology, or similar
• Experience in design work, project planning, and technical solutions
• Good understanding of the construction process and how technical solutions are implemented in practice
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in building conservation, renovations, and customized projects is meritorious.
