Site Manager (Project Manager in Construction)

About the Company

We build wooden houses and operate our own production factory. We are now seeking an experienced Site Manager for permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and lead construction work in all stages according to applicable standards
• Build and assemble wooden houses
• Prepare and lay concrete slabs under wooden structures
• Perform interior work and ensure all steps follow construction documents
• Plan work and resources, schedule teams and work tasks
• Calculate labor efforts and material usage
• Order materials and manage supplier communication
• Lead communication with the client, both verbally and in writing
• Handle and quality assure project and construction documentation

Qualifications

• Solid experience in wooden construction and building processes
• Ability to plan and lead a construction project from start to finish
• Experience with document management and project documentation
• Familiarity with calculating material usage and costs
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Class B driver's license and ability to drive for work purposes
• Language skills:
• Swedish
• English
• Russian
