Project Manager / Scaffolding Assembler for an expanding company

We are now looking for an experienced and competent project manager who wants to contribute to the continued development of our company.

This is a role for you who want to combine practical work in daily operations with project responsibility for larger assignments. You should not only lead the work but also be involved in production together with the team.

About the Role

The position involves working both operationally and structurally in our business. You will participate in the daily construction of scaffolding, primarily for single-family homes and villas, while having overall responsibility in larger projects, such as multi-family houses and other more extensive contracts.

You are expected to be an important person in the business and contribute with both experience, quality thinking, and leadership.

Job Duties

 Participate in the daily construction of scaffolding together with the team

 Lead and coordinate projects within scaffolding contracting

 Be responsible for planning, structure, and follow-up in assigned projects

 Ensure that work is carried out according to applicable regulations, rules, and safety requirements

 Be meticulous in execution, control, and follow-up

 Stay updated on new regulations, rules, and methods within the scaffolding industry

 Contribute to the development of the company and our internal routines

 Support the team in both daily operations and larger projects

We are looking for you who

 Have documented experience in working with building scaffolding

 Have a driver's license

 Have all necessary education and certifications for the role

 Have good knowledge of regulations, safety, and rules regarding scaffolding

 Are meticulous, responsible, and structured

 Enjoy working both practically and in a leadership role

 Have the ability to take responsibility for larger projects while contributing to daily production
