Solar Panel Maintenance Technician

We are now looking for a technician for solar panel cleaning and bird protection to join our team. The work takes place in the field, often at great heights, and requires both physical capacity and a sense of responsibility.

About the Position

• Hourly employment (approx. 20–40 hours/week)
• Start immediately

Workplace & Starting Point:

• The company is based in Simrishamn
• Work occurs throughout Skåne and also other parts of Sweden
• You do not need to live in Simrishamn, but you should be reasonably located geographically (e.g., Ystad, Tomelilla, Malmö work well)

You must be able to independently get to the pick-up location or meet the team where the work takes place. In some cases, you need to get to Simrishamn.

Job Duties:

• Cleaning of solar panel installations
• Installation of bird protection on solar panel installations
• Work on roofs and at great heights
• Transport and driving
• Service and maintenance of equipment
• Travel to various locations (sometimes with overnight stays)

Requirements:

• Class B driver's license (Class BE advantageous)
• Very good Swedish
• Not afraid of heights
• Good physical condition is a prerequisite
• Can handle physically demanding work
• Flexible – can work with short notice
• Team player – we always work in teams
• Responsible
• Organized

Advantageous

• Experience in electricity, solar energy, or similar (e.g., electrician, solar panel technician)
• Previous work at great heights or similar physical jobs
